Brother Nexio S-7300A Lockstitch Machine
The Brother S-7300A is an industrial Single Needle Direct Drive Lock Stitcher with a DigiFlex Electronic Feeding System and Thread Trimmer.
It is the world’s first lock stitch sewing machine which adopts the DigiFlex Feed Control directly connected with a stepping motor.
A next-generation lock stitch machine, which establishes the new standard, has been born!

World‘s first DigiFlex Feed Control
directly connected with a stepping motor
The horizontal feeding system is the world's first computerized system for single needle lock stitch sewing machines. The feed motion can be changed with the touch of a button, providing the best sewing quality for various materials. The sewing stitch length can also be digitalized, stabilizing the stitches.
Reduction of disposition of thread ends (Premier Spec.)
With the new thread tension control and electronic feed control, the bird's nest at the start of sewing can be minimized. The new double action thread trimming mechanism cut the threads right under the needle hole, meaning that any threads left are generally only 3mm in length.
Led Light Equipped as Standard
Both sides of the LED handy light are equipped as standard for better operation, preventing any shadows being cast on the sewing area. This brightness can also be adjusted on the operation panel.
Design Stitch for new value proposition
Thanks to the digitized feeding system, you can change the stitch length on the same seam by program control.
Enhanced Needle Breakage Prevention Function
The needle breakage prevention function prevents needle breakage when reverse stitching it carried out with the actuator switch. Furthermore, with the electronic feed control, the needle breakage is also prevented while sewing.
User-intuitive colour LCD with Touch Panel
The machine is equipped with colour LCD touch panel and indicated display items with illustrated icons, offering user-intuitive operation.
USB Port equipped
USB port is equipped on the machine so that patterns and environmental settings can be easily copied between machines. Software can also be upgraded through the USB memory.
