We have a passion for engineering, sewing and textiles, and our outlet allows us to provide & support a wide variety of household & industrial sewing, embroidery and knitting machinery. There are lots of things we want to do differently, especially in our special interest areas of textiles, sustainability, recycling, and the environment.

Our physical store is based in Aberdeen city centre although our business supports individuals, crafters, and manufacturers all over the United Kingdom. Our director came from a family with a rich history of more than 35 years of being involved in textiles, sewing, embroidery and knitting. The business was established in 2015 from a garage and we are proud to say it has progressively grown.

Our team varies from avid engineers and technology geeks to creatives and teachers, all exploring and using new techniques. At Aberdeen Sewing Machines we have a vast interest in innovation, and the development of new and modern technology in the textiles industry.
