The Juki TL-2200 QVP M is a high-performance sewing and quilting machine. The TL-2200 QVP M is a single needle, lock-stitch, portable machine, constructed of aluminum die-casting to ensure industrial-quality sewing.

With advanced features, such an industrial sub-tension system and bright LED lighting, this machine is built for precision sewing. With a large work area of up to 23 inches (with auxiliary table attached), the TL-2200 QVP M can handle large quilt, sewing or home decor project with ease.

Nothing Free Motion Quilts Better Than a Juki - Juki's rich tradition in quilting continues with the TL-2200 QVP M. The feed dog can be raised and lowered simply by depressing a switch. When quilting, the drop feed allows you to sew curved stitches with precision and ease.

NEW Sub Tension Unit - Even with strongly twisted thread should be used, the unit will avoid the “return of the twist of thread” and supply needle thread to the main tension unit without thread quivering. It helps sewers create stitches with stable thread tension.

NEW Speed Control - Now you can control the max sewing speed within a range of 200 to 1,500 stitches per minute with the slide knob. This is ideal for free motion quilting or when a fixed sewing speed is required for your sewing techniques

Juki Even Feed Foot - With its reliable feed, the even feed foot ensures the machine's ability to produce beautiful seams when sewing difficult-to-feed fabrics such as georgette and velvets, as well as heavy weight materials such as leather.

Knee Lifter Lever - The knee lifter level allows you to lift/lower the presser foot without using your hands. The presser foot can be raised as high as 12mm.

Advanced Thread Trimming - The TL-2200 QVP M allows you to trim top and bobbin threads using the Exclusive foot controlled trimming system. Just rock your heel back on the foot control, and thread is quickly and precisely cut.

Thread Tension Scale - The TL-2200 QVP M has the thread tension scale, which allows you to adjust the tension according to the thread and material to be used.

Needle Up/Down Control - When you stop sewing, the machine will stop with the needle in the down position to allow for pivoting or more accurate free motion work. To move the needle up or down as desired, simply press the needle up/down button.

Automatic Needle Threader - The push lever automatic needle threader easily threads the needle without eyestrain and allows you to start sewing quickly.

Needles

The material is supplied with HA-type needles, the identical type used with home sewing machines and home sergers. This type of needle cannot be attached incorrectly.

The arm and bed of the TL-2200QVP Mini are constructed of aluminium die-casting. This tough body lowers vibration while sewing and ensures high quality stitching. Since theTL-2200QVP Mini has many industrial sewing machine features, it is possible to attach several types of industrial presser feet.

Larger Work Area

The machine has a wider handling area than a conventional sewing machine adding space to manoeuvre large size materials or rolls of quilting fabric. An auxiliary table is supplied for extending the work area for quilting and larger sewing projects.

Sub Tension Unit

The Sub Tension Unit ensures thread feeding to the needle is smooth, even and twist free, no matter how thick your thread is. It also keeps the thread from quivering when sewing at high speeds and provides accurate, fine tuned thread tension.

Automatic Needle Threader

The automatic needle threader quickly and easily threads the needle without eyestrain, allowing you to change thread colours as often as you wish.

Maximum Sewing Speed Control

Easily control your sewing speed from 200 to 1,500 SPM with the adjustable slide. This will give you complete control of your sewing speed in both piecing and free motion quilting.

Foot Controller with thread trimming function

It is possible to automatically trim both needle and bobbin threads by pressing the heel side of foot controller. The thread trimming function can be disabled by attaching a Foot Switch Stopper to the controller.

LED Light

LED light brightens the needle area for better material handling.

Needle Up/Down Control

Change the needle position to up or down as desired by simply pressing the up/down needle button.

When the button is pressed continuously, the machine will sew stitch by stitch.

Knee Lifter Lever

The knee lifter lever allows you to lift/lower the presser foot without using your hands.

The presser foot can be raised as high as 12mm.

Automatic Thread Trimmer
