Aberdeen Sewing Machines Ltd is committed to supporting your needs. We Service and Repair ALL makes and models of both Domestic and Industrial Sewing Machines. We work with individuals, educational establishments and businesses alike.  We cover the whole of Scotland and are frequently found the length and breadth of the country.

Domestic Machinery work is usually carried out within our premises at Unit 4, Novar Place, Aberdeen AB25 3LG.  In-Person and Courier collections and returns are possible by prior arrangement

Industrial Machinery can be serviced on-site by our Trained Technician.  We carry an array of commonly used spares and parts to ensure that we can meet your needs.  

We can identify, source & fit almost any machine replaceable part. Repairs are fully guaranteed and our expert technician will provide all the services you need.

Domestic Machinery 

• Bring your machine to us

• Our Opening Hours are Monday - Saturday 10 am - 4 pm

• Machine Booking In Process.

• Our helpful staff will take all your customer details and record all the machine details including photographs.  
• An e-mail link will be sent to you with the ability to see all the details recorded and any comments or updates from the engineering team

• Agreed work undertaken.

• Once the agreed work is completed, your machine will be fully tested and marked as complete.
• We will then e-mail you a copy of our Invoice and we will also call the initial contact details provided.
• Payment can be made by clicking the links on the invoice, over the phone, or you can pay on collection.

• Collection of your Machine.

• Your machine will be available for collection at your earliest convenience. We ask you collect within a week where possible.  We will follow up on machines that have been with us longer than a week.  
• If we are advised that collection will be on a future date due to travel or other circumstance then we will safely store your machine until you can collect.
