The Brother Expedition Innov-is BX1 is designed to combine precision, creativity and advanced technology across sewing, quilting and embroidery.
The machine features 754 built-in sewing stitches, including 14 one-step buttonholes, along with stitch tapering, multi-directional sewing, Curve Sewing, Digital Dual Feed, ICAPS fabric sensing and My Custom Stitch™.
For embroidery, the BX1 provides 914 built-in embroidery designs, 140 frame patterns and 23 embroidery lettering styles, together with advanced design editing, positioning, appliqué and colour-management functions.
LARGE 360 X 200MM EMBROIDERY AREA
The BX1 provides a generous 360 x 200mm (14 x 8") embroidery area, giving you plenty of room for larger embroidery projects.

AUTOMATIC COLOUR SORTING
The automatic colour sorting function organises embroidery colours to optimise the stitching sequence and help minimise unnecessary thread changes.
This can make multi-colour embroidery projects more efficient and reduce interruptions during stitching.
STITCH-TO-BLOCK AUTOMATIC STITCH DENSITY ADJUSTMENT
The Stitch-To-Block function provides on-screen automatic stitch-density adjustment for embroidery and lettering.

The BX1 features programmable jump stitch cutting, allowing jump stitches to be trimmed automatically during embroidery.
