Automatic Air Threader for Easy Looper Threading

Threading the loopers is made considerably easier with the automatic air threader. Simply place the thread into the appropriate air-threading nozzle and activate the system to guide the looper thread through the machine.

The colour-coded threading paths also make it easier to identify the correct threading route when preparing the machine for sewing.

Super-Large Slide-On Table

The included large slide-on table provides additional workspace and makes fabric guiding more comfortable.

The rounded working surface allows fabric to glide smoothly across the machine, while the matching coverstitch insert extends the sewing area and works together with the slide-on table.

This is particularly useful when handling larger sewing projects.

5 Bright LEDs for Excellent Visibility

The bernette 68 AIRLOCK features five bright LED lights positioned around the needle and working area.

Micro Thread Control (mtc)

The Micro Thread Control (mtc) system helps save time while maintaining consistent stitch quality.

Once the thread tension has been set, the mtc system allows you to maintain the desired stitch quality even when changing the cutting width or working with different fabric thicknesses.

This makes fine-tuning your overlock stitches more convenient.

Convenient Knee Lifter and Freearm

The included knee lifter allows you to lower or temporarily raise the presser foot using your knee, keeping both hands free to position and guide the fabric.

The integrated freearm is especially useful when sewing tubular projects such as cuffs and other smaller, curved areas.
