The Bernette 48 FUNLOCK combines an overlocker and coverstitch machine in one compact, versatile machine. With 23 stitches covering overlock, coverstitch, combo and chain stitching, it gives you everything you need to create strong seams, clean edges, professional hems and decorative finishes.

With 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-thread stitch options, differential feed, colour-coded threading paths and a maximum sewing speed of 1300 stitches per minute, the Bernette 48 FUNLOCK is designed to make a wide range of sewing projects easier and more efficient.

Easy Threading

Threading is made easier with colour-coded threading paths that clearly guide each thread through the machine.

The Bernette 48 FUNLOCK also features a manual needle threader, while the lower looper and chain looper have a mechanical threader to make threading more straightforward.

Convenient Knife Adjustment

The knife is operated from below, providing clean and precise fabric cutting while also helping to keep the cutting mechanism safely positioned.

The knife can be adjusted comfortably with one hand, making it easy to change the cutting width according to your project.

Spacious 87 mm Working Area

With 87 mm of space to the right of the needle, the Bernette 48 FUNLOCK provides a comfortable working area for a wide range of sewing projects.

The bright LED light also provides clear visibility around the needle and sewing area.

Differential Feed
