The Merrow MG-3U Badge Edge Machine is a professional industrial machine designed specifically for emblem edging on patches, badges, and insignias. Known for its distinctive finish and stitch regularity, the Merrow Edge has become a standard in the embroidery and patch manufacturing industry. It delivers a uniform and high-quality stitched edge, giving patches a clean and durable professional look.

Built for both small emblem shops and high-volume factories, the MG-3U can operate at very high speeds while maintaining precision and consistency. Even when running at high RPM levels, the machine maintains relatively low noise levels, making it suitable for continuous production environments.

  • Designed primarily for badge and patch edge finishing
  • Suitable for woven fabrics, knit fabrics, terry towel, denim, technical textiles, and nonwoven materials
  • Can also sew specialty materials including rubber, fiberglass, and insulation fabrics
