The BERNINA L-850 is a high-performance overlocker designed for working with all types of fabrics, particularly highly elastic and knitted materials. Swiss-engineered for precision and ease, it features the exclusive One-step BERNINA Air Threader, making looper threading fast and effortless. The L-850 delivers professional-quality seams with consistent results, whether sewing at high speed or stitch-by-stitch.

  • 18 Built-in Stitches, including 2-, 3-, and 4-thread overlock stitches, flatlock, rolled hems, picot, blanket stitch, and super stretch stitch
  • Sewing Speed: Up to 1,500 stitches per minute
  • Overlock Width: 3–9 mm
  • Total Stitch Control: Adjustable stitch length (0.8–4.5 mm), fine adjustment for rolled hems, thread tension, and differential feed
  • Micro Thread Control (MTC) for precise edge finishing
  • Workspace: 143 mm to the right of the needle with convenient freearm
  • 6-step Presser Foot Pressure adjustment for different fabrics

The L-850 is dedicated to overlock and seam finishing and does not include embroidery functionality.
